This memorial at St Aldhelm's Head commemorates the radar research carried out at Worth Matravers from 1940 to 1942.

The ruined buildings nearby were part of the radar research establishment. They were attacked in a German air raid when the cookhouse was destroyed and two men killed.

This is a photo taken while walking the walks4softies walk St Aldhelm's Head from Worth Matravers, Dorset during March 2003.
