This walk starts by walking along the pavement through Osmington village along the main road. A little out of the village to the east it joins the South West Coast Path (inland route) across fields towards Osmington Mills to join the South West Coast Path (coastal route). The walk follows along the coastal route to Shortlake Lane and then returns to car park.
At picture 12 you could turn left and follow the road into Osmington Mills where you will find a pub, public toilets and some splendid coastal views.
Osmington is on the A353 to the east of Weymouth. The walks start from the Village Hall car park off Shortlake Lane. You can get to Osmington by First bus via the CoastLinkX53 service between Exeter and Bournemouth.
