This short circular walk from Barton on Sea follows a scenic cliff top path towards Milford on Sea. It then turns inland and follows a well marked footpath through the golf course, across a busy road and through a field to a quiet road. It returns to the car park along a quite road, through woodland and across open land.
Barton on Sea is to the south of the A337 Christchurch to Lymington road. Parking is sometimes available on the cliff top Marine Drive. The walks start from the car park at the eastern end of Marine Drive East.
