Keyhaven, Hampshire, South and South East England
Keyhaven is a quiet coastal village overlooking the Solent. From here you can see splendid coastal views across to Hurst Castle and the Isle of Wight. It was once an important port particularly for the salt trade. Keyhaven is now a quiet haven for yachting, fishing and birdwatching.
Keyhaven is on the Solent Way a 70 mile footpath across the south of Hampshire via marshes, heaths, ancient woodlands, riverside villages and the historic waterfronts of maritime towns like Southampton and Portsmouth.
Follow signposts to Keyhaven off the A337 between Christchurch and Lymington road. Park in the Keyhaven Amenity Car Park.
