Fiddleford Manor, Dorset, South West England

Fiddleford Manor, an English Heritage property, is one of the oldest buildings in Dorset. The main parts of a small stone manor house, probably begun around 1370 for William Latimer, Sheriff of Somerset and Dorset. The hall and solar chamber display spectacular fine timber roofs. Nearby you can see the picturesque Fiddleford Mill.
Follow the sign posts to Fiddleford Manor a couple of miles to the Blandford side of Sturminster Newton on the A357.
