This walk starts from the National Trust Visitor Centre on Stonebarrow Hill and follows the track through the car park towards Chardown Hill. It then follows a track down towards the medieval hamlet of Stanton St Gabriel via the farm at Upcot. It then follows the South West Coast Path to the top of Cain's Folly, from which it turns back to the car park.

You may enjoy a short detour down to the beach at St Gabriel's Mouth. Also from Cain's Folly you could follow the coast path to Charmouth.
